| Dynotile 12-year Warranty | |
| The
Dynotile 12 year limited residential warranty for Dynotile interlocking
plastic floor systems. The Dynotile warranty applies to any defective
tiles resulting from workmanship and material for a period of 12
years from date of original purchase, by original purchaser, and
accompanied by a dated original receipt of purchase.
Dynotile experiencing abnormal deterioration or failure due to defects in workmanship or material during normal use shall be replaced at no charge or at a prorated price as outlined below. This shall be the limit of the liability of Innovative Material Handling, Inc. This Warranty is void if tiles have been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, improper installation or any other cause not arising out of defects in the material or workmanship of the tiles. Appearance of replacement tiles will vary from those already aged and is to be expected. 1-3 years 100% of replacement cost |
